How long have you worked at Sandland Packaging?

I’ve been working at Sandland Packaging for 16 months.

Where did you work before?

I previously worked at the Barley Mow Pub whilst studying at Uni.

How did you find Sandland Packaging when you first joined?

I found the team at Sandland very welcoming and patient when training me in the complex and challenging world of packaging.

What is the best thing about working at Sandland Packaging?

The best thing about working at Sandland is the team spirit. This means everyone is welcome to make suggestions and we are all working towards the same goal.

How has your career progressed?

My career has quickly progressed from Internal Sales to Business Development Manager in the short time I have been here which I am really happy with.

What is your favourite type of movie?

Action Movies

What are your interests?

I am very into personal fitness in the gym or training MMA. I also enjoy walking my dog and travelling with my family.

How do you cope with pressure?

I find that I perform my best when under pressure.

What would you say to your 16-year-old self?

I would tell myself that the hardest things in life are often the most rewarding.
