We suggest the best price per box and per pallet for your business ensuring your packaging is not “over-specified” in a simplified breakdown.
Estimated Delivery
Along with your quotation you will receive an estimated lead time and delivery date for your packaging.
Quote Approval
We will present your tailored quotation to you for approval and once approved, we will liaise with our design team for the next step.

Once you are happy with your quotation, the next step is to let our talented CAD designers get to work. A designer will digitally draw up your packaging design and present a technical drawing based on the specifications on your quote. If you approve your design, we can get to manufacturing you a sample, or full order.

For Clarity and additional proof we will digitally draw up your packaging design to the millimetre.

Once you are happy and have approved your design. We will go to step five which is the start of the manufacturing process.

Our expert operations team will begin the production of your final order in full. Using state-of-the-art machinery and years of experience and expertise. There is nothing our operations team have not seen, and will ensure your order is precisely cut, manufactured and quality checked.
Cardboard Sheets
Raw corrugated material for a variety of uses, supplied in sheet form and on a pallet.
Die-Cutting
Machinery that allows us to manufacture any awkward shapes and bespoke style packaging products.
Box-Making
Box making machines that allow us to cut, fold, and glue cardboard to create precise, high-quality boxes quickly and efficiently.
Heavy Duty & Large Format
Specialists in big boxes for the heaviest products. Automotive, Aerospace, Furniture, TV Boxes and more. Guaranteed in perfect condition.
Stitching
For extra protection and when your boxes contain the heaviest or most valuable products. Often used for Automotive, Aerospace, Furniture, TV Boxes and more.
Gluing
A common type of seal used in most standard box design applications. Regular Slotted Cases are often glued at the flap, allowing the box to be assembled.
Unassembled
Allowing you to assemble your own packaging. Multiple benefits including less storage space and reduced shipping costs.
Assembled
Your packaging already comes pre-assembled which will take strain off your operations.
Palletised
Receive your packaging in bulk, secure on a pallet and delivered straight to your destination.
