Our team had to balance durability with cost-effectiveness, ensuring the packaging could withstand the rigors of shipping while remaining affordable. The requirements for the packaging added complexity, requiring precise measurements and an innovative design solution to provide a snug, secure fit. The packaging must guarantee protection.

By utilising advanced CAD software, we created a sample for the customer that maximised material efficiency and strength. We opted for a bespoke folding type box which could be assembled easily by our customer and also provided easy sealing with the locking tabs that help to close the package.

The customer was thrilled with our idea but was concerned about the sides of their product getting damaged, because of this we incorporated 22mm internal buffer edges which will protect the customers product from any type of drop and can withstand forceful impacts. Additionally, the customers packaging is made from 100% carbon neutral material meaning the customer can mark their emissions as zero for their packaging.

The result is a fully bespoke, durable, and environmentally conscious packaging solution that meets our customers’ needs and exceeds their expectations.
