How long have you worked at Sandland Packaging?

Coming up to five years this year (2024)

Where did you work before?

I worked in the packaging sector previously for a smaller merchant. Prior to that I worked in recruitment.

How did you find Sandland Packaging when you first joined?

When I first joined, I did not realise how big the company was! Since the takeover, and the rebrand, the company has gone from strength to strength.

What is the best thing about working at Sandland Packaging?

Everyone is striving for success, from the top all the way down. No matter what position you have in the company, we all want you to achieve.

How has your career progressed?

It is going great! I would have never thought that I would be Sales Manager within five years of joining. I am very proud of this achievement and look forward to seeing what the future holds!

What is your favourite type of movie?

Action Movies

What are your interests?

I love most kinds of sport. Mainly football and darts, and those that know me well, know that I also box.

How do you cope with pressure?

Pressure is inevitable in a sales environment. I try my best to cope with it and learn from previous experiences. I also look up to my peers and role models to imitate their coping mechanisms too.

What would you say to your 16-year-old self?

Learn as much as possible from mistakes to try and make sure that these do not happen again.
