The Solution:
CAD design based on the customer’s current product: Firstly, we take a look at our customer’s original adhesive container, take the measurements and then retro-fit the new packaging to this product.
When designing your packaging we consider: Cost efficiency, What the packaging is doing wrong, appropriate board grades, the original packaging, how we can guarantee protection and a fully bespoke packaging solution.
Digital Drawing: With the original dimensions in mind our designers create and develop technical drawings that put protection and sustainability at the forefront of the packaging. (while still choosing a style that will keep the box aesthetically pleasing)
Manufacturing will then produce and test samples of the customer’s new packaging ready for delivery and customer approval.
The Result:
Sustainable Packaging: The customer can now mark their emissions for packaging on the GHG chart as ZERO.
