The Solution:

Addressing these challenges required a multifaceted approach:

Material Selection: for this design we used 150WKTB single walled, white cardboard, carbon-neutral material. This provides the best surface for high quality printing as well as product protection and means you can also report the packaging emissions as ZERO on the GHG chart.

High Quality Printing: To wow customers during this festive season, we flexo printed in two colours bright and decorative Christmas designs. As soon as the end customer receives this package, they will know it is an exciting gift.

Advanced Die-Cutting Technology: To ensure the boxes opened and closed easily, we used our state-of-the-art die-cutting machinery. This ensures clean cut-outs and shapes for best quality box function.

Design Optimisation: Our designers always create packaging that can be easily opened and closed. A test was carried out to make sure the boxes met requirements and could withstand storage and transportation without damage.

Cost Management: The design was based around a standard Cap and Tray Set and then customised for the product, which helped keep costs down. For this format, a single wall material worked well giving the right amount of protection.
