Received a design request with a tight deadline for toothbrush products that required improved packaging to ensure product protection and separation. Minor tolerance adjustments were made to meet the customer’s needs, enabling effective volume distribution and timely delivery.

The Solution:
A fast yet precise CAD design was quickly developed and sampled to ensure the cardboard packaging fit the customer’s toothbrush product perfectly, while also providing improved separation. Once approved, it moved straight into manufacturing, taking just five days from concept to delivery.
