Then we got a call – our customer urgently needed some large format box samples – fast!
The Solution:
Our team created the samples but as they were being loaded, a call came through to request an additional format. We knew the importance of both the client and this order – we made this additional request straightaway and all of the requested samples were delivered within 24 hours.
