We’re back with a custom Automotive Packaging solution! This time the objective was to create, design and develop some heavy duty boxes, we came up with a bespoke corrugated wrap that could securely protect and present a high-value product during transit. The packaging needed to offer both structural integrity and an easy unboxing experience while being efficient to produce and easy to assemble, ready to stock and serve.

To design a bespoke corrugated wrap that would:

A custom three-way sleeve automotive packaging solution was developed from the ground up, featuring a stitched cap for enhanced durability and transit protection. Constructed from 200CA heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, this bespoke packaging design delivered exceptional strength and stability without the need for extra protective inserts. The corrugated wrap was precisely engineered to match the dimensions of the automotive components, ensuring a secure, protective fit and a clean, professional packaging finish ideal for large, high-value automotive products.

The final solution delivered strong product protection, reduced material usage, and improved packing efficiency. It met all performance requirements and supported production scalability without compromising on quality or cost-effectiveness.
