For the second year running (😀), one of our team, Matt Hall, will be taking part in Run Alton Towers to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity. Matt and his two sons ran last year after his daughter Amelia had received treatment at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. This year, his son, Joe, asked if he could go one step further and run the 5K even though it is typically for teenagers and adults due to the hilly structure of the course. The family are looking forward to taking part and want to raise as much money as they can.

Support for Birmingham Children’s Hospital
Amelia had treatment at Birmingham Children’s Hospital after she needed open heart surgery last year. She made a full recovery and Matt was so impressed with the quality of care that he wanted to do something in return. Last year, the family raised over £1,000 and want to do the same, or more, this year.
