One of our 3PL customers needed to replace their plastic Pick Bins with a more sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative. The Pick Bins were used across their warehousing and fulfilment so also needed to be strong, robust and easy to construct and use.

Ensuring Pick Bins meet environmental standards, while providing strong and robust warehousing requirements, is something the team at Sandland Packaging do every day. Using corrugated, the team designed roomy, useful pick bins that fitted the customer’s standard racking, while being easy to use and fully sustainable.

The customer is extremely pleased with their new Pick Bins. They meet and exceed their environmental requirements, being made of recycled material, recyclable and fully Carbon Neutral. This customer no longer needs to rely on the plastic alternative. Our customer has a strong and robust solution that meets their sustainability goals, and our Carbon Neutral certification means they can report their carbon emissions from their Pick Bins as zero.
